Q. What is my main responsibility as a workshop leader?
A. Your primary role is to bring participants to the workshop, ensuring that the minimum number of guests is met. From there, you’ll focus solely on delivering your expertise and connecting with your group. Faery Snail Tours handles everything else—logistics, accommodations, transportation, marketing, payments, and support.
Q. Is prior teaching or workshop experience required?
A. While prior experience is appreciated, we welcome individuals with unique skills and enthusiasm. We provide support to ensure the success of every experience.
Q. What is the process for starting a collaboration?

Q. How far in advance do I need to plan a workshop?
A. Ideally, collaborations are planned 6 to 12 months in advance to allow ample time for preparation, promotion, and bookings.
Logistics and Support
Q. How are the logistics of the workshops handled?
A. Faery Snail Tours takes care of all logistical details, including accommodations, venues, and transportation, so you can focus on your craft.
Q. Do you manage payments, cancellations, and special requests?
A. Yes, we handle all administrative processes, including managing participant payments, cancellations, special requests, and any additional services or extras. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for both you and your guests.
Q. Where are the workshops held?
A. Our workshops are hosted in various locations across Italy, carefully chosen for their beauty, cultural significance, and artistic inspiration.
Q. How long do the workshops usually last?
A. The duration varies depending on the program, but workshops typically last between 5 and 10 days.
Q. Do you provide on-site support during the retreat?
A. Yes, a dedicated Faery Snail Tours team member (program manager, sometimes together with one or more program assistants manager) will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist you and participants as needed.
Promotion and Communication
Q. Do I need to manage the marketing for my workshops?
A. We take care of all marketing efforts for your workshop, using our established platforms, targeted campaigns, and global network to attract participants. You’re also encouraged to promote it within your community for the best results.
Q. Will I have input in how my workshop is promoted?
A. Absolutely. We value your input and will collaborate closely with you to ensure the messaging and promotion reflect your style and vision.
Q. How can I share my workshop with my audience?
A. We’ll provide you with marketing materials, such as graphics, itineraries, and personalized links, making it easy for you to share with your followers and community.
Financials
Q. What compensation do collaborators receive?
A. We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with your experience and role. Specific details will be discussed during the collaboration process.
Q. Are travel expenses covered for instructors?
A. Travel expenses are typically included or reimbursed, depending on the terms of our agreement. This will be clarified during our discussions.
Q. How and when will I receive payment?
A. Payments are made via bank transfer, and a detailed schedule will be included in your agreement.
