Enrico Cioccolini
Co-founder
A dynamic professional whose career spans music, multimedia, and cultural tourism. After a decade studying biology and performing with his band across Italy, Enrico transitioned to digital media production in the early 1990s, launching his first business and collaborating with legendary Italian producer David Zard on iconic musical events for over 25 years.
In 2013, after moving to the Netherlands, Enrico reignited his passion for music by founding The Invisibles, a band rooted in early Jamaican sounds. He also entered the world of Italian hospitality, running a restaurant in Amsterdam and creating bespoke food and wine tours in Italy.
In 2022, Enrico co-founded Faery Snail Tours with his schoolmate Stefano Borelli, merging his expertise in storytelling, multimedia, and hospitality to craft transformative art and wine workshops that celebrate Italy’s rich culture.
Stefano Borelli
Co-founder
Born, raised, and residing in Rome, Stefano Borelli holds a degree in Sociology and is a seasoned science journalist. Known for his work as a TV anchor and prolific writer, Stefano has spent years bringing complex scientific concepts to the public through articles and broadcasts. A passionate traveler above all else, his interests span antiquities, art, history, music, and culture in its broadest sense.
In recent years, Stefano has immersed himself in the world of wine, becoming a certified sommelier and earning a seat on the national council of FISAR, one of Italy’s premier sommelier associations.
His deep knowledge and appreciation of Italy’s cultural and enological heritage have naturally extended into tourism. As a program manager, Stefano collaborates with his lifelong friend, Enrico Cioccolini, leading workshops across Italy that celebrate the art, wine, and traditions of the country they both love.
